- You can submit your visa application directly to our office or you may send your complete documents through a courier. However, please remember the following guidelines when you submit your documents in our office through courier:

• Please inform our Documentation Officer or notify us of the expected date and time of arrival of documents in our office.
• Please put the documents in a sealed parcel/envelope. Never put any cash payment in a parcel/envelope. All payments for courier documents must be settled through bank deposit only.
• Attach a copy of your deposit slip in the sealed parcel/envelope together with your documents.
• Only those with the attached deposit slip and proof of payment will be processed.
• Courier or delivery fee is charged to the applicant.
