Hanbok is a traditional attire worn by Koreans. Back in certain dynasty hanboks are worn like an everyday outfit, and there are different design of hanboks that represent which class someone belongs. A hanbok with no designs and uses plain colors represent a common civilian, while a design with dragons, phoenix, and lines with flambouyant colors represent royalty and rank. Nowadays, hanboks are only worn on special occasions, or on anniversaries. It is also considered as a formal attire on certain events.
