Availing the services of this Website is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions enumerated below. You must read, understood and agreed to the terms & conditions. If you do not agree with or do not understand any of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.
Article 1: Effect and Application of Terms and Conditions

Article 4: Definition of Terms
4.1 Definitions of terms used in this regulation are as follows.
- User: A person who manages the Service’s website systems provided by the Company
- Member: A person who has signed and agreed to comply the Service’s Terms and Conditions, and use the Service’s benefits.
- ID: The member’s identification approved by the Company for membership service use.
- Cancellation: When the company or member cancels the service contract after opening the service
Article 5: Establishment of Use Agreement

- If the applicant is a proxy
- If the application was made for the purpose of undermining social well-being or good morals
- If the requirements of the Company are not met.

Article 7: Change of Contract Matters
7.1. In the event of changing the member’s information, they can only change their information by visiting the website. The member is responsible for any damages caused and must be accountable for any changes they make in their account.
Article 8: Protection of Personal Information
8.1. When collecting information for membership, the Company must obtain the consent of the applicant and will collect only the minimum necessary information and applicants can view, correct, or manage the information being managed by the user.
8.2. The Company shall never provide, lose, or leak personal information of members to a third party without the consent of the user, and the Company is responsible for any damage caused to the customer. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

Article 9: Obligation for member ID, email, and password management
9.1. Members are responsible for managing of their IDs, emails and passwords. Members are responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in managing the ID, e-mail, and password given to the member and illegal use.
9.2. If your ID, e-mail and password are used illegally, the member must notify the company.
Article 10: Type of Service
10.1. The Company may change the Service’s contents and type of benefits it provides, and the change will be notified through the public notice. The types of services are as follows.

- Other travel-related products and information services
Article 11: Provision of Information

Article 12: Suspension of Service Provisions
12.1. The Company may suspend the provision of some/all of the service in the following cases
- In case of unavoidable circumstances due to construction, such as repair of service facilities
- When the key telecommunications business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends the telecommunications service
- In case of disruption to normal service use due to national emergency, power outage, failure of service facilities, or congestion of service use
Article 13: Our Company's Responsibility for Service Maintenance
13.1. The Company maintains the service providing facilities in an operational state at all times, and promptly repairs and restores the facilities whenever there is a facility error.
Article 14: Obligations of Users
14.1. Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.
- The act of using an illegal ID

- Acts that infringe on a third party's copyright or other rights
- Acts that are objectively judged to be related to a crime

14.3. Users cannot conduct business activities using the service without the prior consent of the company, and are not responsible for the results of business activities and the results of using business activities that the user violates the regulations.

Article 16: Termination of Contract

16.2. If a member commits any of the heinous acts, the Company may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of service by a period of time.
- If the member uses an illegal ID or a stolen email
- In case of intentionally obstructing the operation of the service
- In the case of intentionally distributing content that violates public order and morals
- In case of damaging the reputation of others and/or the reputation of the Company
- When a member plans or uses the Service for the purpose of hindering the national interest or social public interest
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions set by the Company
Article 17: Matters regarding restrictions on use
17.1. In the event that the Company intends to restrict the use of Service in accordance with the provisions of each subparagraph as mentioned above: the reason, date, period, and other matters shall be set and sent to the relevant user or agent through e-mail or other methods. However, this is not the case when the company recognizes that it is urgently necessary to suspend the use.
17.2. A member or agent who has received a notice of use restriction pursuant to the provisions mentioned above may file an objection if there is an objection to the notice of suspension of use.

17.4. If it is confirmed that the reason for suspension of use has been resolved during the period of suspension of use, the company will immediately release the suspension of use.
Article 18: Matters Regarding Compensation for Damages

Article 19: Exemption Clause
19.1. The Company is exempted from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide the service due to a natural disaster or reasons exempted by law.
19.2. The Company is not responsible for any obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to the member.
19.3. The Company is not responsible for the loss expected by the member using the service or damage caused by the data obtained through the service.
19.4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, facts, etc., posted by members to the Service.

Article 20: Competent Court
20.1. If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
