Welcome to Klik ‘n Fly Travel & Tours (Website)
Availing the services of this Website is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions enumerated below. You must read, understood and agreed to the terms & conditions. If you do not agree with or do not understand any of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.
Article 1: Effect and Application of Terms and Conditions
    1. The Service’s Terms and Conditions become effective when members comply and agree to the said agreement.
    2. The Company may change the Service’s Terms and Condition, and will surely notify the members of the changes made.
Article 2: Rules other than the terms and conditions
2.1. Matters and other rules not specified in the Service’s Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Telecommunications Act, the Telecommunications Business Act and other related laws.
Article 3: Use
    1. Members/ User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have legal capacity and understanding to enter into valid and binding contracts.
Article 4: Definition of Terms
4.1 Definitions of terms used in this regulation are as follows.
- User: A person who manages the Service’s website systems provided by the Company
- Member: A person who has signed and agreed to comply the Service’s Terms and Conditions, and use the Service’s benefits.
- ID: The member’s identification approved by the Company for membership service use.
- Cancellation: When the company or member cancels the service contract after opening the service
Article 5: Establishment of Use Agreement
5.1. The contract of use is established by our acceptance of the member's application and the member’s acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
5.2. Those who wish to use the Service’s benefits; they are required to sign up for a membership and must provide personal information requested by the Company.
5.3. To those who are interested for the membership and use the Service’s benefits must provide information on the designated online registration application form, and other information is optional.

5.4. In addition to the items mentioned above, we may add additional contents deemed necessary by the Company, and this fact will be announced.
Article 6: Approval of Application for Use

6.2. The Company may withhold the approval for the following application for use.
- If there is no room in the facility or if there is a technical problem
- Other cases or reasons deemed necessary by the head office
6.3. The Company may not accept the application for use that falls under the following conditions.
- If the information provided is false
- If the applicant is a proxy
- If the application was made for the purpose of undermining social well-being or good morals
- If the requirements of the Company are not met.

Article 7: Change of Contract Matters
7.1. In the event of changing the member’s information, they can only change their information by visiting the website. The member is responsible for any damages caused and must be accountable for any changes they make in their account.
Article 8: Protection of Personal Information
8.1. When collecting information for membership, the Company must obtain the consent of the applicant and will collect only the minimum necessary information and applicants can view, correct, or manage the information being managed by the user.
8.2. The Company shall never provide, lose, or leak personal information of members to a third party without the consent of the user, and the Company is responsible for any damage caused to the customer. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.
- When there is a request from a government agency, etc. in accordance with related laws such as the Framework Act on Telecommunications
- When there is an investigation purpose for a crime or there is a request from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee
- In the case of providing customer information to the shipping company in the course of delivery
- In case of sharing information only for banking/transaction related matters
- For purposes such as statistical preparation, publicity materials, academic research, etc. that cannot identify a specific person
- When there is a request in accordance in other relevant laws
Article 9: Obligation for member ID, email, and password management
9.1. Members are responsible for managing of their IDs, emails and passwords. Members are responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in managing the ID, e-mail, and password given to the member and illegal use.
9.2. If your ID, e-mail and password are used illegally, the member must notify the company.
Article 10: Type of Service
10.1. The Company may change the Service’s contents and type of benefits it provides, and the change will be notified through the public notice. The types of services are as follows.
- Airline/Hotel Reservation/Sales through the Internet
- Reservation/sale of travel products through the Internet
- Other travel-related products and information services
Article 11: Provision of Information
11.1. The Company may provide users with information that are necessary while using the service through e-mail, wired media, letter mail, etc.
Article 12: Suspension of Service Provisions
12.1. The Company may suspend the provision of some/all of the service in the following cases
- In case of unavoidable circumstances due to construction, such as repair of service facilities
- When the key telecommunications business operator stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends the telecommunications service
- In case of disruption to normal service use due to national emergency, power outage, failure of service facilities, or congestion of service use
Article 13: Our Company's Responsibility for Service Maintenance
13.1. The Company maintains the service providing facilities in an operational state at all times, and promptly repairs and restores the facilities whenever there is a facility error.
Article 14: Obligations of Users
14.1. Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.
- The act of using an illegal ID
- Acts of copying information from the Service without the consent of the Company and its users for the purpose of publication, broadcasting, or to sell it to a third party
- Acts that infringe on a third party's copyright or other rights
- Acts that are objectively judged to be related to a crime
- Acts that violate other related laws
14.2. The user must comply with the matters stipulated in this regulation and the restrictions on use written in the service use guide and notice or separately announced.
14.3. Users cannot conduct business activities using the service without the prior consent of the company, and are not responsible for the results of business activities and the results of using business activities that the user violates the regulations.
Article 15: System of Fees, and Other Fees.

Article 16: Termination of Contract
16.1. When a member wishes to cancel the contract of use, the member must notify the company and has to apply for cancellation through online.
16.2. If a member commits any of the heinous acts, the Company may terminate the use contract without prior notice or suspend the use of service by a period of time.
- If the member uses an illegal ID or a stolen email
- In case of intentionally obstructing the operation of the service
- In the case of intentionally distributing content that violates public order and morals
- In case of damaging the reputation of others and/or the reputation of the Company
- When a member plans or uses the Service for the purpose of hindering the national interest or social public interest
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions set by the Company
Article 17: Matters regarding restrictions on use
17.1. In the event that the Company intends to restrict the use of Service in accordance with the provisions of each subparagraph as mentioned above: the reason, date, period, and other matters shall be set and sent to the relevant user or agent through e-mail or other methods. However, this is not the case when the company recognizes that it is urgently necessary to suspend the use.
17.2. A member or agent who has received a notice of use restriction pursuant to the provisions mentioned above may file an objection if there is an objection to the notice of suspension of use.
17.3. The Company may temporarily postpone the suspension of use until the period for confirmation in relation to the objection made under the provisions mentioned above and notify the user or his/her representative of the result.
17.4. If it is confirmed that the reason for suspension of use has been resolved during the period of suspension of use, the company will immediately release the suspension of use.
Article 18: Matters Regarding Compensation for Damages
18.1. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred to members in connection with the use of free services.
18.2. The Company shall compensate the member for damages as stipulated by the relevant laws for all damages caused by reasons attributable to the Company in relation to the service provided for a fee.

Article 19: Exemption Clause
19.1. The Company is exempted from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide the service due to a natural disaster or reasons exempted by law.
19.2. The Company is not responsible for any obstacles to service use due to reasons attributable to the member.
19.3. The Company is not responsible for the loss expected by the member using the service or damage caused by the data obtained through the service.
19.4. The Company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data, facts, etc., posted by members to the Service.

Article 20: Competent Court
20.1. If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the company's headquarters shall be the competent court.
