Australia Visa Application Requirements

1.) Valid passport six (6) months from the date of travel including old passport / s.
2.) Visa application form-printed in A4 size paper.
3.) Two (2) recent colored passport size photos (45mmx35mm) with white background. Applicants are suggested to wear business attire.

4.) Certificate of Employment stating position of tenure of service and annual gross income. Approved leave of absence (FOR EMPLOYED); Business name, Business Registration Certificate issued by the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) and // or SEC Registration Certificate (FOR SELF-EMPLOYED).

5.) Original latest Income Tax Return (ITR).
6.) Flight Itinerary.

7.) Confirmed hotel booking certificate.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS IF YOU ARE A VISITOR:

1.) Evidence of sufficient funds, such as: Personal Bank Statements, Bank Certificate, Pay Slips, Audited Accounts, Taxation Records or Credit Card Statement Limit. 

2.) If you are visiting relatives or friends, a letter of invitation for your relative or friend in Australia. If your relative or friend is paying for your visit, indicate the evidence that they have the necessary funds.

3.) If you are visiting under the Tourist Stream: your itinerary for your stay in Australia.

4.) Other information to show that you have in incentive and authority to return to your home country such as:

-A letter from your employer stating your intention to your job.

-Evidence or enrollment at school, college, or university in your home country.

-Evidence of your visa or residence status in your home country, and your right to return.

-Evidence of property or other significant assets owned in your home country.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

= Notarized Affidavit of Support (IF SUPPORTED / SPONSORED BY ANOTHER PERSON)

= DSWD clearance for minor (BELOW 18 YEARS OLD, NOT TRAVELLING WITH PARENT)
= Birth Certificate and / or Marriage Contract (TO ESTABLISH THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SPONSOR / ACCOMPANYING PERSON)
= School Certificate / Certificate of Enrollment with copy of school ID (FOR STUDENT)
= Proof of financial documents form the accompanying person / sponsor
