China Visa Application Requirements

1.) Valid passport with filled-up back page of passport (in case of emergency: name, address, phone number, and signature) 
2.) Filled application form
3.) 1 pc. 48mm x 33mm size picture. White background wearing business attire or formal attire. No glasses, earrings and hair should not be covering the face.

4.) Round-trip air ticket (for reservation only)

5.) Hotel reservation or proof of relationship in case visiting relatives in China. 

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PREVIOUS CHINA VISA:

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR FIRST TIME APPLICANTS:

FOR BUSINESSMAN / EMPLOYED:

1.) If employed, Original Employment Certificate with company ID.  If self-employed / business, SEC / DIT with Business Permit.

2.) Original Bank Certificate worth 100k above with original receipt with statement of accounts for the last 6 months (original and photocopy) or Passbook detailing transactions for 6 months prior to applying for visa (original and photocopy of all pages).
Bank Certificate should indicate the ff: accound opening date, type of account, average daily balance, and up-to-date / current balance.

3.) Original and Photocopy Latest BIR-issued Income Tax Return (ITR-From 2316/1701/1702) with BIR-received stamp and issued for the last taxable year.

4.) If a company will sponsor the trip, provide the company's bank certificate, affidavit of support and invitation letter from the company and the company's business registration.
5.) If an individual will sponsor the trip, provide his bank certificate, sponsorship and invitation letter, copy of sponsor's valid residence visa and passport info page or Chinese national ID.

6.) Birth Certificate.
7.) Marriage Certificate (if married).

FOR STUDENTS:

1.) School ID

2.) School Certificate.

3.) Affidavit of support: Financial documents of supporter

4.) Bank Certificate

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

= Notarized Affidavit of Support (IF SUPPORTED / SPONSORED BY ANOTHER PERSON)

= DSWD clearance for minor (BELOW 18 YEARS OLD, NOT TRAVELLING WITH PARENT)
= Birth Certificate and / or Marriage Contract (TO ESTABLISH THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE SPONSOR / ACCOMPANYING PERSON)
= School Certificate / Certificate of Enrollment with copy of school ID (FOR STUDENT)
= Proof of financial documents form the accompanying person / sponsor
